How do I make a purchase?

1. Create an account with inky.com.my

2. Login to inky.com.my

3. Select an item you'd like to purchase, then click “Add to Cart

4. To change the quantity of the item, fill in your preferred quantity in the "Quantity" column

5. To review the items in your cart, click "View Cart" after you've added your item to cart. Alternatively, click on the "Cart" link, located at the top right of the page.

6. When you're ready to make payment, click "Check Out". 

7. Fill in your shipping details and billing details if they are not the same.

8. If you have an applicable "Promo Code", enter it and click on "Apply". The total price will be updated with the discount.

9. Click "Continue".

10. Select Preferred Shipping.

11. Click "Continue".

12. Select Payment Method.

13. Click "Place Order Now".

14. Proceed with your payment through iPay88.

15. You will receive a confirmation email after you have made payment and placed your order.

How long does it take to confirm my orders?

Orders are confirmed immediately once payment has been completed. Please check your email for the Order Confirmation.

Why does my Order Status show “payment pending”? Should I re-create a new order?

Most payments are processed immediately. Once the order has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@inky.com.my and do not re-create your order to prevent duplication.

Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

We know how exciting it is to receive orders on time, therefore we are unable to amend any orders as we process orders immediately when payment is confirmed. Any amendments may cause delay in the delivery of your order.

May I buy products directly at your warehouse?

All purchases through inky.com.my are made online. 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it is paid. We receive a lot of orders and we are unable to go though them individually as this will cause delays to all other orders. Please review your items before completing your orders. Only items showing in your Order Confirmation will be shipped unless the items are Out OF Stock.

I am having issues using the coupon/voucher code

- The coupon/voucher code has expired

- Coupon/voucher is valid for one time use only

- A maximum of one voucher code/coupon code per order.

- The coupon/voucher may not be valid for Non-Discountable excluded from sale

- You have used a non participating Credit Card for the coupon discount

- Rewards Redemption and discounts cannot be used at the same time during Flash Sale

Can I order through phone call?

While we love talking to our customers,unfortunately items from inky.com.my is only purchasable online or through our inky physical store. We do not take orders through phone calls.

Can I order through mobile devices?

Yes! Our website is accessible through smartphones and other mobile devices. 

I am facing problems ordering through my mobile device

Inky.com.my is compatible on most mobile devices and browsers. We suggest restarting the browser and clearing the cache before logging onto inky.com.my. If you continue to face problems, please send a screenshot of the error to our live chat  or our contact@inky.com.my and we will be happy to  assist you.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?

Please contact us immediately through our live chat, or alternatively email contact@inky.com.my with your order number, details and an image of the faulty items received. Please do not discard the items as we will need it to be collected back by our courier.

Payment

What kind of payment method may I use at inky.com.my?

Currently Inky.com.my is using iPay88, therefore we support most major banks. Refer to this site to know if your bank is supported by iPay88.

What does these payment statuses mean?

  • Settled/Submitted for Settlement: Your payment has gone through.
  • Rejected: Your payment has been rejected by the bank. Please check with the bank to authorize online transactions, or check for other possible reasons.
  • Payment Pending: Your transaction is being processed. If the payment fails, the status will show “Voided”.
  • Voided: Your transaction did not go through. The amount will be reversed to the initial payment method.

I am having problems logging into my account

If you receive a message stating that your email address/password is not recognized - please follow the steps below:

  • Please clear your cache and browser history. Close and open a new browser.
  • Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
  • If you are unable to recall your password, click on “forgot your password?” link on the page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and a link will be sent to you to create a new password for your account

If you enter your password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. You will need to close and open a new browser after 30 minutes to re-sign in.
